  Yoke Real Estate Platform is a novel real estate start-up that consist of multiple integrated divisions that pull together working with clients in order to own a home within two years. We are in proof of concept phase and are adding the divisions as one division is completed. Yoke Land Acquisition and Development. Purchases developed lots and undeveloped land that is not for sale. Hold some, sale some, develop some and build on some of the land that is acquired. Yoke Builders. Constructs single and multi family residential homes for the first time home buyer. Will sell some and hold some for long term rentals. Yoke Realty and Property Management . Buy, sell and manage residential properties. Yoke Finance. Works with first time home buyers that are committed to purchasing a home. Some will be financially ready to purchase and we will working with them to fund the purchase. Others will be ready to move in but not currently in a financial position to make the financial investment. Yoke will purchase the home that the potential home buyer choses, they will be able to move into that a home via a lease agreement then work with one of our financial counselors in order save for their down payment, repair credit, learn about budgeting etc with the target of purchasing the house they are in within two years or less.   Ambulatory Alliances, LLC is a full service investment banking and strategic advisory firm. We work with ambulatory surgery centers, urgent care centers, freestanding emergency rooms and radiation oncology center owners in three main areas: Brokerage: Physician owners that have an interest in selling part of or all of their center, we work to help you understand the value drivers from the eyes of the potential buyers, then we go into the market place representing you soliciting bid proposals from multiple buyers and multiple buyer types and then negotiate on your behalf. Physician Recruitment and Syndications: Syndicating an ASC or radiation therapy center entails the selling of a percentage ownership interest to investors such as physician investors. Doctors offering units in an ASC or radiation oncology center must comply with certain securities laws. Third party intermediaries involved in advising on or otherwise facilitate securities offerings - whether through a public offering or private placement are required to be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and Licensed through FINRA. Access to the capital markets and capital structure consulting: Capital structure refers to the mix of debt and equity financing in a surgery center. Private debt and equity are raised in the private capital markets such as bank lending, equipment leasing, asset-based lending, factoring, mezzanine and private equity. As a registered and licensed investment banker, we work with ASC owners to understand how to best utilize debt and equity to increase their growth rate and maximize earnings as well as act as their intermediary in accessing and negotiating with the capital markets. Blayne has passed the prestigious FINRA Investment Banking Qualification Exams-Series 79, 63 & 24 and was granted the Series 99 lic.

  With no prior experience, started a single family home building company from ground zero. Research the home building industry by reading approximately 30 books and attended classes for about ten months. Then lead and managed the full cycle process from acquiring project funding, design-build process, estimating, bidding, construction to sales without any consultation or assistance. Created a very aggressive budget and completed the projects under that budget then achieved unrivaled profit margins from like houses.

  Minority owner of a $12mm and 80 plus employee Search and Talent Consulting Firm that is ranked in the top 25 Worldwide by ERN. Built a million dollar plus full-cycle radiation oncology talent acquisition practice from conception within two years. Established a private talent warehouse utilizing PcRecruiter from conception to 95% market penetration. Received service fees of $280,000 in '01, $860,000 in '02, $1,027,000 in '03 and $1,385 ,000 in '04. Named KBIC Managing Partner and then Managing Director quicker than anyone in the history of the firm. As a Managing Director was instrumental in the redevelopment of the internal recruitment process, training, ownership, leadership structure and processes that lead to growth in revenues from $12mm to over $18mm. Attributed with being the catalyst for many of the changes that lead to the historical growth of the company. Blayne Rush is one of the most driven, dedicated and loyal associates that I have ever worked with in my twenty + years at Kaye/Bassman. He was one of the biggest producer's ever in our company's history and one of the fastest ever to be named a Managing Partner and then soon after a Managing Director of the firm. His work ethic and intensity was unmatched by virtually anyone.   Under the direction of a local board and the division director, worked with a budget of $500,000 to pilot the local start-up of a primary care recruitment and retention center. Established networks among health profession schools and community clinics and practitioners to increase the number of health care practitioners in medically underserved communities. Developed, implemented and evaluated health career promotion, community-based education, and practice entry and support programs. Responsible for the hiring, training and supervision of six staff members and development of board and center policies.
