Blayne Rush is the President of Ambulatory Alliance, LLC and the Publisher of The Ambulatory M&A Advisor (www.AmbulatoryAdvisor.com) as well as an investment banker with over 15 years of healthcare experience with considerable expertise in the areas of business transactions, complex negotiations, and financial analysis.
Blayne has worked with over 250 healthcare organizations ranging from physicians to corporate partners and hospital health systems on transactions. Blayne holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Masters in Health Promotions from McNeese State University where he was a four-year starter and an All-American on the nationally ranked football team.
Blayne also holds a Masters in Business Administration from Amber University and has completed five graduate courses in Mediation and Advanced Negotiations at Southern Methodist University. He holds a graduate executive certificate in the Private Capital Markets from Pepperdine University. He has also completed coursework in Finance, Investments and Real Estate, and is a credentialed mediator, arbitrator and Real Estate Broker. He passed the prestigious Investment Banking Representative Qualification exam Series 79 and 63, 24 and 99 licenses. Additionally he serves the state of Texas by being appointed by the Governor to the Texas Physician’s Assistant Board of the Texas Medical Board.

Ambulatory Alliances, LLC is a full service investment banking and strategic advisory firm. We work with ambulatory surgery centers, urgent care centers, freestanding emergency rooms and radiation oncology center owners in three main areas: Brokerage: Physician owners that have an interest in selling part of or all of their center, we work to help you understand the value drivers from the eyes of the potential buyers, then we go into the market place representing you soliciting bid proposals from multiple buyers and multiple buyer types and then negotiate on your behalf. Physician Recruitment and Syndications: Syndicating an ASC or radiation therapy center entails the selling of a percentage ownership interest to investors such as physician investors. Doctors offering units in an ASC or radiation oncology center must comply with certain securities laws. Third party intermediaries involved in advising on or otherwise facilitate securities offerings - whether through a public offering or private placement are required to be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and Licensed through FINRA. Access to the capital markets and capital structure consulting: Capital structure refers to the mix of debt and equity financing in a surgery center. Private debt and equity are raised in the private capital markets such as bank lending, equipment leasing, asset-based lending, factoring, mezzanine and private equity. As a registered and licensed investment banker, we work with ASC owners to understand how to best utilize debt and equity to increase their growth rate and maximize earnings as well as act as their intermediary in accessing and negotiating with the capital markets.
